Matt Turns is the Strategy and Planning Manager for Chevron Gas and Midstream located in San Ramon, California.  Matt has been with Chevron for fifteen years, initially working as a naval architect in Chevron’s Marine Services Group before moving into more commercial roles including LNG Shipping Regional Manager in Houston.  Prior to his current role, Matt was Commercial Manager for North West Shelf Shipping Service Company where he was accountable for the day to day scheduling of the NWS fleet, LNG vessel chartering, operational assurance, setting strategy and information technology servic

Roger leads a global team responsible for market access for Shell’s LNG production, entry to new markets, the provision of commercial advice and communications strategy. He was formerly Vice President New Business Development for the Asia Pacific LNG market and Director, Shell CSG (2008 – 2010). In his time with Shell, Roger has been a key player in building Shell’s leading global LNG production, marketing and trading positions.

Daniel Purba, graduated from Petroleum Engineering in 1985, and master degree in Engineering Management in 1998. Starting his career in PT Pertamina (Persero), an Indonesian State Energy Company, in 1991 as market analyst for international oil trading. He was appointed as VP Marketing of PETRAL (Pertamina Energy Trading Limited)-based in Singapore in 2003.

Mr Darius Lim is Head of Strategic Relations and Head of Corporate Affairs of Pavilion Energy Pte Ltd, where he oversees the strategic management of key stakeholder relationships; as well as external and internal communications and management of the Pavilion Energy brand, respectively. Prior to joining Pavilion Energy, he was a Senior Director at the Singapore Ministry of Law. Mr Lim was also the Director of Public Affairs at the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), where he was involved in developing communications strategies for MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

Dr. Andrew Walker is the Vice President for Strategy for Cheniere Marketing. He is located in London and is responsible for the Strategy and Market Outlook of the marketing arm of Cheniere, reporting into the President of Cheniere Marketing Ltd. Until recently (October 2015) he was Vice President for Global LNG, and prior to that Head of LNG Strategy, at BG Group.

Jason Bennett is a partner in the Global Projects Group at Baker Botts L.L.P. who concentrates on project development, oil and gas projects and transactions, project finance and international business transactions and investments. Mr. Bennett has extensive current experience with liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects, including assisting clients with the development, construction and launch of greenfield liquefaction projects and related upstream developments, regasification facility projects, LNG shipping matters and the structuring of LNG trading platforms and investments.

David COLSON graduated in 1989 from Birmingham University with a Double Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce and has been employed as a Project and Sales Manager within the automotive industry with major OEM’s. He subsequently gained experience in ship propulsion through the construction of test-beds for vessel marine diesel engines.

Björn Munko is Sales Manager at TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH, a long established market leader for the design and construction of cargo handling system for ships and offshore units carrying liquefied cryogenic gases (LNG, LPG, and petrochemical gases) as well as LNG fuel gas systems for merchant vessels. He joined TGE as a Project Engineer in 2003 and gained extensive experience across multi-disciplinary and complex offshore projects. He has further been involved in the engineering and commissioning of a number of liquefied gas terminals and carriers.

Gailing Bai, professorate senior engineer, graduated from the Xi'an Jiao Tong University with a master degree in cryogenic engineering; acted as the chief engineer of both the LNG and Offshore Company of HQC and the NEA LNG technology research center, rated as the master of engineering survey and design in Petroleum and Chemical industry, and certified as PMP; engaged in petroleum and chemical project design and management for 27 years; focused on technology research and development, technical solution planning, project feasibility study, Pre-FEED and FEED design, project management, Standa
