After the sale of Fairstar to its largest competitor, Dockwise in 2012, Mr. Adkins and the core team of Fairstar established RED BOX Energy Services in 2013. In 2014, RED BOX was awarded multiple long-term transportation contracts with YAMGAZ, a consortium between TechnipFMC, JGC Corporation and Chiyoda, worth over USD 500 Million. Under the scope of these Contracts RED BOX was also responsible for the design, construction and punctual delivery of two Polar Class (PC-3) Module Carriers named AUDAX and PUGNAX which provided year-round transportation above the Arctic Circle of Modules and critical supplies to Sabetta Port for the Yamal LNG Project.
