Cea is a legal expert navigating the dynamic intersection of maritime and energy law. She focuses on the transport industry's decarbonization, examining its implications on business, regulations, and economy. Her knowledge is grounded in energy law, with an LLM in maritime law from the University of Singapore. She has enriched energy infrastructure projects, worked within private practice, and led the Finnish gas transmission system operator's legal function.

A contributor to industry dialogues, Cea's research explores EU legislative reforms, LNG unbundling, renewable and alternative fuels, transport emission reduction strategies, and fit-for-purpose policy design. Her latest work and upcoming keynote delve into seaborne transport of CO2 for CCS.
