Greg Thomas joined ConocoPhillips in 2014 as Director of LNG Technology & Licensing, and is responsible for LNG technology and services business development, marketing, and project supervision. He has over 30 years of experience in a variety of engineering, project management and business development roles in the LNG, industrial gas, petrochemicals, refining and power generation market segments. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Debbie Turner began her career as an analyst with the shipping team of one of the forerunners of the LPG industry.  Developing that role to a commercial analyst advising clients on their future shipping requirements led her to establishing the LNG desk within Braemar Seascope which she successfully ran until early 2012.  Joining Simpson Spence Young over 5 years ago, Debbie has seen the transformation of the team to 6 full time staff in London and Singapore.  SSY Gas are now in the forefront of LNG shipbroking working both on the short and long term markets and providing their clients with

Professor Paul Griffin is an English lawyer and has more than thirty-five years’ experience of practising in the international oil and gas business.  Paul was a partner in leading international law firms for some twenty-five years until his retirement from Allen & Overy in 2016.  During that time he led the oil and gas teams at those firms and worked on many of the significant deals and disputes of the global oil and gas business, as well as being involved in related matters of public law and competition law.

A graduate of HEC Business School in France, Vincent Demoury started his career in 2003 with GDF Energy in New York, where he performed market analysis and business development in LNG.

Prior to joining GIIGNL as a Deputy General Delegate in 2010, he worked in GDF SUEZ Wholesale & Trading Division, in corporate strategy and gas supply planning.

Vincent Demoury was promoted General Delegate of GIIGNL in 2016.

He also serves as a moderator in energy events.
