This award recognises an individual for their positive contributions that have impacted the ongoing success or improvement of their organisations, financially and culturally, whilst delivering on shared corporate objectives and in ensuring their organisation has developed a progressive and positive strategy in the new energy landscape.
Entries will be judged on the below criteria and weighting:
Dynamic Leadership: The nomination has proven the ability to transform and evolve their business in the wake of key drivers including: COVID-19 pandemic response, climate action, energy transition, shifts in oil, gas & LNG prices, and demands from investors and shareholders to adapt – 25%
Respect Among Peers: The nomination has a high degree of respect and trust among peers at CEO level, with broad support visible in the public domain from these peers – 25%
Capabilities to Act & Implement: Demonstration of capabilities to deliver on high-value or high-profile major projects and to demonstrate successful strategic delivery across their organisation to achieve this – 25%
Financial Performance in Challenging Times: The nominee has successfully guided and steered their organisation through these particularly challenging, uncertain fiscal times and ensured their organisation is established on a robust and resilient pathway to financially grow and perform in the post-COVID-19, low-emissions energy future – 25%
