Assorisorse is the Italian Sustainable Energy & Resources Industry Association comprising the companies of the Energy value chain committed to enhancing natural resources and intellectual skills through technological innovation, carbon neutrality and circular economy. The mission is to decarbonize hard-to-abate industrial processes and promote the environmental, economic and social sustainability.

The Association includes Italian and international companies that operate in the extraction of solid minerals, in the exploration and production of oil and gas, as well as geothermal fluids, natural gas storage, and in the provision of equipment and services for the oil and gas industries to both the Italian and international markets.

Assorisorse is part of Confindustria and is organized into four sectors: Mining, Subsurface Energy Resources, Services, Carbon Neutrality & Circular Economy.

Hydrogen is the energy carrier of the 21st century.
In combination with renewable primary energies, it provides a basis for the energy economy of the future. The German Hydrogen and Fuel-Cell Association (DWV) is the umbrella organisation in Germany for all concerned with the general application of hydrogen as an energy carrier. We also advocate that hydrogen be produced from renewable energies – for a sustainable energy economy.

Since its inception in 1972, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has been the global authority that sets the environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment.

Backed by nearly 60 years of experience, CEDIGAZ is widely recognized as a dependable source of information by gas analysts, international organizations such as the International Energy Agency (IEA) or the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and reference publications like the BP Statistical Review. Today, leading oil and gas companies, industry organizations, banks, consultants, engineering and equipment firms from forty countries rely on the excellence and the reliability of CEDIGAZ’s regular news, surveys and databases.

Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC): A non-profit organization dedicated to promoting clean energy including renewables, energy efficiency, smart grid, energy storage, electric mobility, climate finance, etc. The CEBC provides a platform to further dialogue between the public and private sectors to develop much needed policy and regulation to help drive the implementation of clean energy across the MENA region.

The EIC delivers high-value market intelligence to members through its online energy project database, and via a global network of staff who work in-the-field to provide qualified regional insight.

Along with practical assistance and facilitation services, the EIC's access to information keeps members one step ahead of the competition in a demanding global marketplace.

The EIC is the leading Trade Association providing dedicated services to help members understand, identify and pursue business opportunities globally. Established in 1943, the EIC is a not-for-profit organisation with a membership of over 650 companies who deliver goods and services to the energy industries worldwide.

The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) represents over seventy-five leading companies and organizations advancing innovative, clean, safe, and reliable energy technologies. FCHEA drives support and provides a consistent industry voice to regulators and policymakers promoting the environmental and economic benefits of fuel cell technologies and hydrogen energy.

Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) is the association representing the interests of European gas infrastructure operators. Our members are active in transmission, storage and regasification via LNG terminals. They work and innovate with renewable and low-carbon molecules, including hydrogen, natural gas and biogases.

Gathering 67 industry entities from 26 EU countries, we hear out and embody the multiple decarbonisation pathways of the different regions of Europe.

We believe that by 2050, the gas infrastructure will be the new innovative energy system’s backbone, allowing EU citizens and industries to benefit from a secure, cost-effective and sustainable energy supply.

GIE members are committed to delivering the European Union (EU)’s goal in being the first continent achieving climate neutrality by 2050. We believe that an integrated energy system approach, based on renewable and decarbonized molecules and electrons, paves the way to achieve this target in the most efficient and cost affordable way.

Italian Association of Hydrogen and Fuel Cells are the voice of the Italian industry and research centres involved in the hydrogen supply chain and aim to promote technological progress and the development of the Italian market relating to the production, storage and use of hydrogen.

MEDREG is the Association of Mediterranean Energy Regulators, which brings together 27 regulators from 22 countries, spanning the European Union (EU), the Balkans and North Africa. Mediterranean regulators work together to promote greater compatibility of the regional energy markets and legislations, seeking progressive market integration in the Euro-Mediterranean basin.

Through constant cooperation and information exchange among members, MEDREG aims at fostering consumer rights, energy efficiency, infrastructure investment and development, based on secure, safe, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable energy systems. MEDREG is co-funded by the European Union. See www.medreg-regulators.org/
