How will it work?

  1. Once registered for the event, you will receive a welcome email with a direct link to your personal meetings profile.

  2. Once logged in, update your personal profile so other people can find you. Your contact details are only exchanged once meetings have been confirmed.

  3. Use the search tools to look for contacts by job title, company and business type, or use the automatic suggestions function to identify companies that match your business.

  4. Send and receive meetings invitations with prospects, confirming the time and place to hold your meeting, whether it be at an exhibition stand or within the dedicated meetings lounge.

  5. After downloading your meetings schedule, our onsite concierge team will fully facilitate your meetings onsite, sending reminders via telephone and SMS, and arranging seating in the dedicated meetings lounge.
