Leonidas is a Project Manager for Decarbonisation in Shell Shipping & Maritime, based in London. He established and currently works on Joint Development Projects across the industry with several stakeholders including but not limited to Yards, Classification Societies and OEMs in order to develop the solutions needed along with the roadmap to fulfil Shell’s strategy towards a net zero emissions shipping. Leonidas is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Marine Engineer holding a Bachelor in Marine Engineering, a Bachelor in Naval Architecture and a MSc in Marine Engineering. Before joining Shell in 2018, he worked as Marine engineer at sea, Shipbuilding Supervisor and Lead Marine Engineer for shipbuilding projects and Superintendent Engineer (LNG) with more than 24 accumulated years of experience in the maritime industry.
