Mr. Dally graduated in 1982 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Following graduation, he joined CBI Industries, working in offshore/underwater construction, refinery and nuclear retrofits, and flat bottom tank construction. He left CBI to join Air Products in 1989, holding various positions in pressure vessel and mechanical design, work process improvement, and global product management. He joined the LNG Team in 2002 as a Lead Design Engineer, leading the mechanical design of Air Products' first high-pressure stainless steel heat exchangers, the AP-XT Nitrogen Subcoolers. He has since worked on numerous development and continuous improvement efforts on Air Products coil wound heat exchangers (CWHE), including the first CWHEs for floating LNG. As Technology Manager for Mechanical Design and Manufacturing (LNG), he is currently responsible for development, assessment, implementation, and risk management of new technology within Air Products LNG CWHEs.
