Can I collect a badge on someone else's behalf?
Yes, you can collect exhibitor badges on your clients behalf.
Please bring your ID and list of exhibitor names.
Summary of registered exhibitor names for your company is available in the Exhibitor Manual.
What type of badge is required to access the venue?
You need an exhibitor badge. You can also apply for a contractor badge for your contractor to access the venue during the show days.

Where can I access free marketing materials?
Please refer to the Marketing Manual section within the main Gastech 2023 Exhibitor Manual, where you can customise Gastech-branded marketing assets with your company logo.

Exhibitors will be able to get this visa letter through the exhibitor manual under 'Order Forms'.

The main catering facility, Timbre Eastside, is located outside hall 5. You will be able to choose from various restaurants.
