What is the Hosted Buyer Programme?

Hosted Buyer Programme

The Gastech Hosted Buyer Programme will act as a platform to efficiently connect buyers with relevant Gastech exhibitors, providing a cost effective and efficient way for decision makers to meet existing and new suppliers, and offering a tangible return on investment for exhibitors.

Hosted Buyer eligibility

A hosted buyer is an individual responsible for purchasing the commodities, products, services, or solutions supplied by Gastech’s exhibiting companies. A prospective hosted buyer will be assessed on the basis of their decision-making authority, spending power and relevance to the exhibitors participating in Gastech.

Stronger policies need to be implemented to put global gas demand on a path in-line with reaching net zero emissions by 2050 while still fostering economic prosperity

Hosted Buyer Programme process

• Buyers can apply for the programme through an online form, which will be reviewed by the Hosted Buyer team and accepted or rejected based on a set of criteria including decision-making authority, budget and relevance to the exhibitors participating in Gastech.

• Successful buyers will be required to register and agree to terms of the Hosted Buyer Programme.

• Buyers will be introduced to the Hosted Buyer Programme travel partner to arrange flights and accommodation.

• Buyers will be required to confirm 10 meetings with exhibitors using the Gastech Network platform.

• A full concierge service will be provided by the Gastech Hosted Buyer team.
