Rakhi Oli

Rakhi Oli is a global executive and board member whose career spans energy, technology, and infrastructure. She has worked across EPCC contractors, developers, OEMs, and startups, with particular depth in LNG, data centers, hydrogen, CCUS, and the broader energy transition. Her 22-year track record includes negotiating contracts exceeding $10 billion and supporting the development of more than 75 MTPA of infrastructure globally. As Managing Partner of One Step Advisors, Rakhi leads a specialized advisory practice built for the complexity of today's energy and infrastructure markets. She and her team work with C-suite leaders on commercial strategy, M&A, startup commercialization, and strategic partnerships — helping clients move from ambiguity to execution with clarity, discipline, and speed.
