Feature Programmes

The Feature Programmes consist of the Inclusion & Diversity programme, the Supply Chain & Procurement programme, and the Future Leaders programme. Inclusion & Diversity

As the energy industry strives for ambitious decarbonisation targets, it is crucial to build a workforce grounded in inclusion and diversity (I&D). The Inclusion & Diversity programme is designed to spark conversation and foster collaboration around talent. With a long history of leadership and engagement, this forum inspires collaboration and concrete action to broaden and develop the talent pool.
