The second Executive Committee meeting was held on April 16 in Houston, chaired by Sarah Bairstow, Chief Executive Officer, Mexico Pacific.

The members of the Executive Committee reviewed the strategic agenda, carefully examining all sessions encompassing natural gas and LNG, Latin American energy markets, US domestic policy on LNG exports, future directions for the globally traded LNG markets, meeting the surging demand for power from data centres and AI, geopolitics and its impact on access to energy- supply and pricing and diversification of infrastructure.

The Gastech Strategic conference program will feature 13 energy talks built around senior energy industry personalities and visionaries on a variety of topics covering the existing and new trends in the industry.

Taking place in Houston, from 17-20 September 2024, the Gastech Strategic conference will bring together the energy industry’s most eminent thought leaders to discuss critical issues related to global energy security, new policies and investment opportunities, and the decarbonization solutions needed to delivering a new multi-faceted energy system.
