Oystein Kalleklev is the CEO of the LNG shipping company Flex LNG (NYSE/OSE: FLNG) and the LPG/Ammonia shipping company Avance Gas (OSE:AGAS). He is also a Board member of industrial investment company Umoe Group and Avance Gas where he acted as Executive Chairman prior to taking over as CEO. Previous roles include CFO of Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers, Chairman of the General Partner of the NYSE listed MLP KNOT Offshore Partners, CFO of industrial investment company Umoe Group, Managing Director of Umoe Invest, Partner at Clarksons Platou and Business Consultant at Accenture.
Mr. Kalleklev holds a MSc in Business and Administration from Norwegian School of Economics and a BA in Business and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
