Mervin Azeta is an award-winning Nigerian energy professional, intersectional advocate, multi-talented engineer, and presidential scholar, with over a decade of industry experience. She is currently the Global Flexible Work & Culture Project Manager at SLB, enabling enterprise-wide radical flexibility, and influencing strategic culture shifts to drive high performance. She is always excited about opportunities that challenge her to make a difference. She serves on multiple boards/committees that are shaping the future of energy, and she is particularly keen to contribute to developing comprehensive sustainable energy strategies for Africa. She has been featured in the media as an influencer, innovator, leader, and trailblazer, incredibly passionate about sustainable development, gender equality, youth engagement, as well as cultivating the next generation of female STEM professionals and transformative leaders. Mervin holds a BEng, with First Class Honors, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, as well as an MSc, with Distinction, in Sustainable Energy Futures, from Imperial College London.
