Michael Deighton

Michael Deighton, MENG, CENG, MBA, FIMECH, Vice President of Operations at Kent, is a highly experienced Operations Executive, with over 20 years' experience in the industry. He has worked for some of the top energy companies, and held positions including Refinery Lead Chartered Engineer, Plant Maintenance Manager, Project Director and Vice President of Operations. He is currently heading up Kent Project Management Office and Centre of Excellence.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, holds Master’s degrees Mechanical Engineering and Business Management, and is a best-selling published author with one of the world’s leading publishers.
