At Gastech, we are committed to shaping a lower-carbon future by fostering collaboration across the global energy value chain. As part of dmg events, we are on a mission to collaborate with our colleagues and partners to develop innovative solutions that will ensure a more sustainable future for our events and the industries we serve. Across our business, we are working to reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, with a long-term goal of reaching Net Zero by 2050.

Through robust measurement and transparent reporting, we are aligning with the Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge to meet bold, yet achievable, milestones. Working with our stakeholders, our plan focuses on five key areas.

Shipments

We provide options for exhibitors and sponsors to consolidate shipments and prioritise low-impact transportation methods.

Transportation

We promote public transport and carpooling among visitors and delegates to help reduce carbon emissions.

Printing

We minimise onsite printing by shifting to digital materials wherever possible.

Food

We donate surplus food from the event to a local charity, reducing waste and supporting the community.

We choose eco-friendly carpeting options to reduce environmental impact

Use public transport or carpool with colleagues to reduce emissions.
