He has handled projects from Plot plan finalization to Construction which includes Feed, Pre-Engineering, Detail Engineering, Project Co-ordination, Site support, Fabrication construction support, for both green field and brown field engineering.

Srikanth is a recipient of various awards for his outstanding contribution for Knowledge Sharing and coloration in solving problems in various projects around the world. He is also a recipient of Silver and Bronze award for saving cost in Al Zour refinery Project under Value Awareness Program. Srikanth is one of the pioneer to get exposure to 3rd Generation Modularization Engineering Philosophy which involves huge amount of cost and real estate saving.
