Marcus Eich (41), engineer by profession is part of the Gas Storage industry since 2005. Started as a trainee at E.ON Ruhrgas AG and several engineering and project management functions at different E.ON and Uniper Companies he is now the Functional Head of Surface Storage Facilities at Uniper Energy Storage. Within this role, he is responsible for all surface installations of Uniper Energy Storage sites in Germany Austria and UK and centralizes all investigations regarding H2 readiness of
the installed equipment to secure their integrity for future use cases.
