The Inclusion & Diversity programme is designed to spark conversation, foster collaboration, and inspire action to improve organisational cultures, broaden and develop the talent pool, and support current and future members of the energy workforce.

The programme brings together key influencers, decision-makers, and thought leaders to reflect on the importance of I&D in the industry, across various Gastech programmes, from Hydrogen to AI.

Future Leaders

Designed for university students and young professionals with up to three years of experience, the Future Leaders programme offers a curated four-day learning journey that builds essential knowledge, insight, and connections.

Participants will gain exposure to industry leaders, develop future-ready skills, and strengthen their understanding of how innovation, collaboration, and leadership are shaping the energy transition.

Networking sessions

Networking sessions will take the form of open Q&A and informal conversations, primarily designed for Future Leaders. Each session will feature around eight speakers, creating an accessible, conversational setting for meaningful connection and exchange.

Exhibition tour
