The Inclusion & Diversity track brings together industry leaders, workforce specialists and emerging talent to explore how diverse perspectives and inclusive workplaces can strengthen organisational performance and support the delivery of energy projects at pace and scale.
Taking place across the Gastech Conferences, from Hydrogen and Low Carbon Solutions to Electrification, the programme provides a platform for sharing practical strategies, experiences and best practices that help organisations attract, develop and retain the skilled workforce needed to meet growing energy demand.
Designed for university students and early-career professionals with up to three years of experience, the Future Leaders Programme offers a curated four-day learning journey focused on building the skills, knowledge and connections needed for a successful career in energy.
Participants gain direct access to industry leaders, technical experts and innovators, developing a deeper understanding of the technologies, projects and partnerships shaping the future of global energy systems. The programme equips the next generation of talent to contribute to the delivery of secure, reliable and resilient energy for the future.
On-stage fireside chats and panels will run across key programmes, creating focused, engaging conversations that spotlight innovation and leadership across the energy ecosystem.
A series of 45-minute interactive workshops will be hosted by expert speakers in dedicated theatres. Each session will blend practical exercises with open discussion, creating space for hands-on learning, meaningful dialogue, and informal networking.
Networking sessions will take the form of open Q&A and informal conversations, primarily designed for Future Leaders. Each session will feature around eight speakers, creating an accessible, conversational setting for meaningful connection and exchange.
A guided walk-through of the exhibition, highlighting breakthrough ideas, emerging technologies, and the innovators shaping the future of the industry. Designed to spark conversation and connection conversation and connection, the tour gives future leaders a curated, insider view of what’s next.
