Gastech Conference - Chris Caswell Award

The Chris Caswell Award will be awarded annually for a paper selected by the Gastech Governing Body with a focus on EPC delivery and LNG technology which represented the core component of the work undertaken by Chris during his life.

The award honours the significant impact that Chris had on the LNG industry and his contribution as co-chair, Governing Body member, and author of papers for the Gastech Conference.

Chris is remembered for his contribution to both the technical and commercial streams at the Gastech Conference, his expertise on technology, LNG project design and delivery, and his passion for the industry. Chris always managed to come up with catchy by-lines for his paper titles, capturing our attention and highlighting a next episode in his conference contributions.

The Gastech community is poorer for his early passing and was better as a result of his contribution – he will be greatly missed.
